Aries Nugroho
30 years’ experience in the market, Aries’ expertise includes to a wide range of disciplines in marketing communications; public affairs, social marketing, crisis communications, brand and sales management in for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, like in community development, government and inter-governments relations.
As a strategic advisor, he has been advocating clients; from local organizations to global enterprises; from start-up to larger institutions in many industries; like in energy and mining including oil and gas, finance and insurance, tourism and hospitality, sport organizations, automotive, airlines, airport and seaport management, and in development sectors of environment, educations, public health and humanitarian, and more. He speaks in public workshops and seminars promoting the latest development of public communications. He was part of movement that serve to strengthen and support the government programs in poverty alleviation, community welfare and anti-corruption; like in the Partnership for Governance Reform, the Indonesia Control of Corruption Project, and the Association of Digital Entrepreneurs in Indonesia (ADEI).
He was the General Manager of Ogilvy, the Managing Director of Edelman, Political Advisor of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), the Head of Communications and Knowledge Management of UNDP Partnership and held senior positions in the International Organization for Migration (IOM), USAID-Chemonics’ Millennium Challenge Corporation, WWF, Warner Music, Mobisel (NMT), Allstate, and Evian (Danone).
